I've been going to several dentists in the Rancho Cucamonga area and have not been satisfied with their customer relations, diagnosis and treatment until now. Most dental offices have administrative staff and dental assistants that are not really up to par when it comes to the whole dental visit experience. This office is different and exceeded my expectations when it came to customer care and assistance throughout the process, from appointment setting, insurance verification, check in procedures, wait time to unrushed consultation time, test procedures, options for treatment, providing prescriptions and pricing of procedures. Dr. Nguyen explained the condition of my teeth, the cause of pain I am experiencing and a clear plan of execution of procedures and medication. All of this backed up with various tests (xrays, electrical continuity, etc). The whole staff exhibited a positive attitude and showed they cared.
